Air Charter Services On-line System
Welcome to the web site of the Air Charter Services Method of Supply
The Services and Technology Acquisition Management Sector (STAMS) of Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), requests offers from Canadian Suppliers of domestic and some international Air Charter Services for Fixed Wing Aircraft (with a seating capacity of up to fifty (50) passengers), and Rotary Wing Aircraft (helicopters), from bases of operations across Canada, in response to this Request for Standing Offer (RFSO). Call-ups against the National Master Standing Offer (NMSO) resulting from this RFSO will be issued by Federal Government Department and Agencies, or Crown Corporations (Identified Users) on an "as and when requested" basis, commencing April 1, 2003.
This method of supply will satisfy the needs of Identified Users in acquiring frequently ordered and commercially available Air Charter Services required in the performance of their work including, but not limited to: geological and wildlife surveys, fire fighting, passenger transport, med-evac, land inspection and search and rescue.
The Air Charter Services (ACS) On-line System is an Internet based application which incorporates the « Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) », an online data entry system « Offerors’ Corner On-line » to submit prices, rates and services offered, the resulting terms and conditions of the « National Master Standing Offer (NMSO) », and the process to follow to be included in the Air Charter Services Method of Supply.
Revisions to the Terms and Conditions of the RFSO and NMSO can be viewed by clicking RFSO-NMSO Revisions. It is the responsibility of all Suppliers to access the System during the current Supply Period, and before the Deadline Dates for Data Entry, to ensure awareness of these changes or additions.
